BTS Oreo cookies in Croatia
August 6, 2026

The BTS x Oreo collaboration, the group's first-ever global collaboration with a food brand, went on sale on June 8, 2026 in the first markets, and according to the brand's official announcement, the limited edition was set to reach European retail, including EU countries, starting August 3. Croatia is part of that same EU rollout, and as announced, the product reached our shelves two to three weeks later than the larger markets. It's a limited edition, so it's not known how long the cookies will stay on sale.

We found them at the Müller in City Center one East in Zagreb, where we paid €2.19, though it looks like they've so far only reached the larger Müller stores. Shelves seem to empty out pretty fast, so we can't guarantee they'll still be in stock by the time you read this. On top of that, BTS Oreo has also shown up in Croatian price databases as a Konzum product, priced at €2.35, across more than 150 Konzum stores nationwide. That's a good sign they should be available at Konzum soon too, though for other stores we don't have any additional information at this point.
The whole collection is part of a major campaign spanning more than 80 markets, designed as a mix of the classic Oreo cookie, Korean flavor, and small details made just for ARMY. Even at first glance it stands apart from a regular Oreo: the wafers are purple, a first in the brand's history, sandwiching a two-tone cream filling inspired by hotteok, a popular Korean street snack, usually a warm pancake filled with brown sugar and cinnamon. Oreo carried that flavor into the cream with notes of pancake and brown sugar.
The flavor choice wasn't random. The members associate hotteok with Korea and growing up, and according to their joint statement, they'd been eating Oreo cookies since childhood, and later during studio work too. Developing the edition took about two years, with several Korean-cuisine-inspired flavors considered before the final decision.
The special part isn't just the color and flavor. The cookies are stamped with 13 different designs BTS chose as a tribute to fans and their 13th anniversary, among them the names of all seven members, a concert lightstick, the finger heart, and other symbols tied to the group and ARMY. Three specific designs together reveal a special message for fans. The designs are distributed randomly across packs, so a single pack won't necessarily contain all 13 designs, which gives the edition a genuine collectible element, especially for anyone hunting for their favorite member's name specifically.
The packaging is thoughtful too, inspired by the atmosphere of Korean night markets, where hotteok is often sold. The pack also carries a QR code linked to a digital campaign where fans can leave a message for BTS, as part of a joint letter from the group and ARMY.
For Croatian ARMY, this is certainly one of the rare major BTS collaborations to make it onto local shelves, with the collectible designs and the message to fans as a lovely bonus to the whole story.
