BTS is back on stage after a short break, but this time not as part of the ARIRANG tour. On Friday, September 18, they'll perform at the iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.

The festival runs over two nights, September 18 and 19, at T-Mobile Arena. Unlike a full concert, the night features a rotating lineup of artists playing shorter festival sets. This year's lineup includes, alongside BTS, Cardi B, Benson Boone, Ciara, LE SSERAFIM, Muse, Snoop Dogg, Weezer, Zara Larsson, The Smashing Pumpkins, and more. Ryan Seacrest hosts both nights.

BTS performs on the first night, Friday, September 18. Their exact stage time hasn't been announced yet. The official broadcast of the full night kicks off at 7:30 PM Las Vegas time.

Don't expect a full concert like the ones on the ARIRANG tour. The iHeartRadio Music Festival packs a large number of artists into a single night, so BTS gets a shorter festival set, just a handful of songs. Organizers haven't revealed exactly how many songs or how long their set will run.

This isn't BTS's first time at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. They also took part in 2020, though under very different circumstances. Because of the pandemic, they weren't in Las Vegas, and instead filmed their performance in Korea. Six years later, they'll take the festival stage in front of a live audience at T-Mobile Arena for the first time.

Where to watch BTS? iHeartRadio has confirmed that Disney+ and Hulu will stream all performances live, while the festival will also be carried across more than 150 iHeartRadio stations in the US.

BTS is also getting its own space in Las Vegas, beyond the stage itself. The festival's iHeartRadio House of Music returns, a free space outside T-Mobile Arena with interactive rooms inspired by the artists.

One of only four such rooms is dedicated to BTS, inspired by the song "SWIM" from the ARIRANG album. At the center of the space is an interactive "pool" that lets visitors step into the song's visual world. House of Music is open September 18 and 19, from 4 PM to 1 AM local time, and admission is free.

For BTS, this is a short detour outside their current tour. After Las Vegas, they return to the ARIRANG tour and continue their run of shows in Latin America.
